ANNUAL TRAININGS

2021-2022 SEASON

RISK MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION (RMA) CLEARANCE STEPS:

Every Coach must complete the following Risk Management Clearance training's by June 30, 2021 to be cleared to participate and receive a Washington Youth Soccer Association (WYSA) Player ID Card to be cleared for game rosters for the 2021-2022 Soccer season. 

NEW COACHES:

 

  1. SAFE SPORT FULL TRAINING: (2+ HOURS) Can break it up into chunks.

  2. CONCUSSION CERTIFICATE: (Every Year)

  3. SUDDEN CARDIAC ARREST: (Good for 3 yrs)

  4. BACKGROUND CHECK:

    • http://wys-bgc.affinitysoccer.com, Select “Registration” Tab in top right corner.  Upload your certificates (Safe Sport, Concussion, Sudden Cardiac Arrest and profile picture).  Complete the background information and background check.

  5. AFFINITY WEB CUSTOMER SERVICE:​​

  6. UPLOAD CERTIFICATES to SPORTS CONNECT

    • Log into Sports Connect OR click on printable instructions HERE

    • Go to your ACCOUNT

    • Click on the VOLUNTEERS tab on left and then click FIND VOLUNTEER ROLES

    • Click on your POSITION

    • ADD your CERTIFICATES and answer the RMA Questions and Click Continue

    • Click SUBMIT

RETURNING COACHES:

  1. SAFE SPORT REFRESHER TRAINING: (20-25 MINUTES)

  2. CONCUSSION CERTIFICATE: (Every Year)

  3. SUDDEN CARDIAC ARREST: (Good for 3 yrs)
